Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end processing of vendor invoices (PO and Non-PO) and employee expense transactions.
• Help organize, maintain, and update financial records and vendor master data.
• Support the AP team in generating daily and weekly reporting dashboards.
• Assist in reconciling accounts, checking payment discrepancies, and filing financial documents.
• Participate in departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
