Key Responsibilities

Filing of AP (online repayments).

Encoding weekly DES monitoring.

Updating of returned DES vouchers using accounting transmittal.

Sorting the received transmittal of original receipts from sales team.

Review and verify the returned vouchers from treasury.

Filing of the returned AP (trade and non-trade).
