Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Open to Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, POs, and payments accurately.
• Prepare payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.
• Maintain organised AP records and documentation.
• Prepare monthly AP accruals and support month-end closings.
• Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
