Job summary

Acquire Intelligence in Metro Manila seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle invoices and reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness. You will ensure proper documentation and approvals per policy, and perform three-way matches to PO pricing and receipts.

Responsibilities include vendor statement reconciliations, variance resolution, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records. SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential; multinational exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong English language skills, written and verbal.
• Relevant accounting/finance qualification with prior experience.
• 2+ years in Accounts Payable.
• Experience in a multinational company preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure transactions are documented and approved per policy.
• Perform three-way match of PO, goods receipt, and invoice; pursue credits/price claims.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and variance resolution.
• Respond to inquiries about account status and escalate when needed.
• Archive and retrieve supporting AP documentation.
• Adhere to approved policies and procedures.
• Support other duties aligned with business needs.
