Job summary

AstorMueller is seeking an Accounts Executive to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will bring accuracy and teamwork to a dynamic environment.

You will verify invoices, manage AP/AR processes, assist monthly closings, and coordinate audits while maintaining records and supporting cash and bank transactions. A strong accounting background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS requirements; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and update AP invoices, landed costs, and credit notes in SAP.
• Maintain accounting records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Assist in monthly close, including provisions and reconciliations.
• Process purchases and sales invoices.
• Reconcile vendors and customers; obtain balance confirmations.
• Handle cash and bank transactions accurately.
• Coordinate internal monthly audits with required docs.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• Conduct month-end closure activities including provisions and reconciliations.
• Maintain records for insurance and rental agreements.
