Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking an Accounts Executive in the Philippines to understand client needs and supervise timely, on-budget delivery of accounting services.

You will manage client books, coordinate with accounts assistants, and liaise with auditors, ensuring deadlines and accurate GST/tax computations. This is a full-time role with flexible remote arrangements and a Singapore-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• ACCA certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Junior executive role experience in an accounting firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts.
• Review client accounts maintained by assistants and clients.
• Manage accounting deadlines and audit readiness.
• Liaise with clients and auditors for financial accounts.
• Prepare audit schedules and tax computations.
• Ensure GL and schedules are properly prepared.
• GST preparation and submission.
• Mentor Accounts Assistants and Interns.
• Handle receipts, invoices, and payments for clients.
• Monitor and schedule vendor payments.
• Support finance function for clients.
