MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in a hybrid setup at Eastwood, QC. The role includes processing supplier invoices and staff expenses, handling client self-billing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and assisting UK payroll to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing supplier invoices and staff expenses.
• Ability to raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile accounts.
• Proficient in bank reconciliations and posting financial transactions.
• Experience assisting payroll processing and ensuring accurate payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable: process invoices and expenses, ensure timely payment, resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable: raise invoices for self-billing clients and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and post financial transactions.
• Assist in processing UK staff payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain financial records with up-to-date, compliant documentation.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.
• Manage Fixed Assets Register, accruals, prepayments, and control accounts.
• Prepare and generate reports to support the Finance Team.
