Job summary

Relay Human Cloud is seeking an Accounting Team Lead responsible for preparing financial statements for hotel entities and ensuring US GAAP compliance. The role also supports AP/AR oversight and consolidation tasks within the corporate structure.

The position emphasizes process improvement, ERP implementation, and collaboration across Asset management and Investor relations, with a night-shift schedule to align with US hours.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership and attention to detail required.
• Curiosity and proactive mindset toward process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong follow-up habits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work onsite during fixed night shift hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Time) to align with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly asset-level financial statements and cash projections.
• Oversee AP/AR departments and review work.
• Prepare corporate ownership statements including intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Provide Asset management and Investor relations with hotel performance data.
• Assist with quarterly budget and internal performance updates.
