Job summary

Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. invites a Finance/Accounts professional to join our property management finance team, handling billing, collections, and financial reporting for unit owners.

The role requires 2–4 years in property management finance, cost accounting or related fields and will be assigned to multiple locations in the Philippines: Boracay, Laurel, Plaridel, Sta Barbara, and Tanza. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in property management finance - general/cost accounting.
• Willing to be assigned to multiple locations in the Philippines (Boracay, Laurel, Plaridel, Sta Barbara, Tanza).

Responsibilities

• To ensure the billing and collection of all unit owners are properly accounted and deposited.
• To monitor the expenses/disbursements on site with proper approval of the Board of Directors.
• Prepare financial reports and filing of BIR.
