Beatitude Auto Industrial Corp. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee AR/AP, general ledger, and month-end closes at our Pasig on-site location. The role focuses on accuracy in financial reporting, inventory-related accounting, and ensuring tax compliance.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and leadership abilities to supervise staff and enforce internal controls.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Accounting/Financial Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in accounting, preferably automotive/dealership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and statutory accounting requirements. Proficient in MS Office and HR record systems.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to act.

Aufgaben

• Oversee transaction processing, unit releases, gross profit analyses, AR aging, and timely collections.
• Validate supplier invoices, ensure authorized payment processing, manage payable schedules, and reconcile vendor and manufacturer accounts.
• Direct month-end and year-end closes, review journal entries, calculate accruals/depreciation, summarize commissions, and prepare financial schedules for management.
• Monitor vehicle/parts inventory movements, reconcile service revenue and claims, and manage manufacturer incentives, rebates, and warranties.
• Guide accounting staff, enforce compliance with tax/accounting standards, implement controls over cash and assets, manage audit requirements, and address operational discrepancies across departments.
