Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL).
• Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with standards/policies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports for management.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Train and supervise accounting staff.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities including invoicing and payment authorization.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts regularly.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Support audits with required documentation and information.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting systems and controls.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and applicable principles.
