Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Supervisory GA to lead General Accounting, Cash Management, AR and Fixed Asset operations in the Philippines. The role drives month-end close, journal entries, and ensures GA compliance with GAAP/FRS and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
CPA certification is required.
Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience.
At least 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset Management.
Review and approve reports.
Review and approve journal entries according to FinLOA.
Validate accuracy of entered transactions based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or Financial Reporting Standards and according to established Company policies and procedures.
Conduct performance appraisal of direct TM.
Responsible for the TM's overall development plan and next-in-line identification.
Cash Management.
Loan Management.
Prepayment Management.
Payroll Management.
Tax and Compliance Management.
Fixed Asset Management.
Audit Management.
