Job summary

Networld Hotel Management Corp. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Finance and Accounting team across the group.

The role focuses on AR and AP, with involvement in general accounting, reconciliations, and month-end closing. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, have 3+ years of accounting experience, and demonstrate strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 3 years accounting experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong AR and AP experience.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with leadership and deadlines.
• Hands-on with the accounting team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Finance and Accounting team.
• Oversee AR activities: billing, collections, posting, and reconciliations.
• Oversee AP activities: invoicing, payments, postings, and reconciliations.
• Review transactions, journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare accounting schedules and management reports.
• Assist in financial statements preparation.
