Job summary

BHF Multi Gab Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial reporting, treasury operations, and cost-control initiatives at the main office in Urdaneta.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, an accountancy graduate, and readiness to work full-time at the Pangasinan location. You will lead a finance team and interact with auditors and other departments.

Qualifications

• Accountancy graduate with relevant background.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports, interpret information and advise on actions.
• Advise on investments and strategies for the company.

• Monitor Accounts Receivable (corporate & special).
• Verify daily cash flows and batch sheets.
• Review disbursement entries and issued checks.
• Prepare daily bank balance reports.
• Monitor all bank accounts’ balances.
• Review reports by Cash Receipts Clerk & Disbursement Officer.
• Plan and lead treasury operations with a compliant framework.
• Check government premiums for accuracy.
• Allocate payroll replenishment for stores/credit.
• Monitor all credit card transactions.
• Suggest and participate in quality improvements programs.
• Conduct training seminars and prepare training materials.
• Adhere to safety policies in all areas of responsibility.

Job Description

• 1. Provide financial reports, interpret financial information and recommend further courses of action.
• 2. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• 3. Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• 4. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• 5. Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• 6. Conduct reviews and evaluation for cost-reduction opportunities.
• 7. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a framework for those to be met.
• 8. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• 9. Liaise with the auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• 10. In charge with the monitoring of Accounts Receivables classified as corporation and special accounts.
• 11. Verify and check batch sheet (Daily Cashiers Report).
• 12. Check the entries on disbursement and checks issued by the Disbursement Officer.
• 13. Prepare daily bank balance report.
• 14. Monitor bank balances of all bank accounts of the company.
• 15. Check all pertinent reports made by Cash Receipts Clerk & Disbursement Officer
• 16. Plan, lead, organize & control the work of the team; make sure that all systems related to Treasury Operations are functioning.
• 17. Check government premiums.
• 18. Assigned to allocate payroll replenishment (store & credit).
• 19. Monitoring of all credit card transactions.
• 20. Suggests quality improvements within assigned area/s of responsibility; participates in (or conducts) full-scale quality improvements programs, where applicable.
• 21. Conduct training seminars or learning sessions (and designs appropriate training manuals, as may be required) covering certain subject matters, where applicable, for the benefit of company personnel.
• 22. Adheres to all safety policies & procedures within assigned area/s of responsibility as well as within the company’s premises

Qualifications

• Accountancy graduate
• With experience as an Accounting Supervisor, or in a similar supervisory finance or accounting role.
• Proficient in bank reconciliations, bank monitoring, daily bank balance reporting, and cash flow tracking.
• With experience in general accounting, corporate finance, and treasury operations.
• Skills in communicating and interpreting financial reports
• With experience in managing Accounts Receivable
• Has keen attention to details and with good analytical skills
• Computer literate and is able to cope with advancement in technology
• A team player and can work with minimal supervision
• Residing in Urdaneta, Pangasinan or nearby municipality
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to work ASAP
