ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION & CONTROL

• Manage the day-to-day activities of the department; ensure that the turnaround time has met.
• Conduct regular meetings to address operational issues and concerns.
• Makes appropriate corrective action or recommendation.
• Conducts performance evaluation.
• Review the work of the supervisor.
• Ensure internal controls are followed.
• Signs/approved documents/transactions within his authority.
• Prepares memo/communication as needed.
• Ensure policy compliance by all staff.

FINANCIAL REPORTS

• Prepares necessary Journal entries for certain assigned accounts
• Prepare accounting schedules for certain assigned accounts
• Ensure accuracy of all accounting balances in preparation for financial statement

TAX COMPLIANCE

*Ensure that all government mandated remittances (SSS, PHILHEALTH, TAXES, etc.) are filed on or before due date, including reportorial.

EDUCATION

B.S. ACCOUNTANCY

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 10 years of relevant experience; 5 years of which in supervisory capacity or 3 years managerial capacity
