Job summary

Tulay sa Pag-Unlad, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to maintain cash and bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities in Makati and surrounding areas. You will coordinate with branches, resolve discrepancies, and prepare daily collection reports based on transactions and bank statements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to ensure accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in general accounting and exposure to Internal Audit.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated cash and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure monthly bank reconciliation completed on or before third week of the following month.
• Resolve discrepancies in booking in coordination with branch accounting.
• Prepare daily collection report based on posted transactions and bank statements.

• Ensures monthly bank reconciliation completed on or before third week of the following month.
• Resolves any discrepancy in booking and must be coordinated with branch accounting immediately.
• Prepares daily collection report based on posted transactions and bank statements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• At least 1-year related work experience in general accounting and with exposure to Internal Audit.
