Job summary

Educational Background

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record in manufacturing/retail accounting - experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and sales revenue tracking is required.
• Prior experience in coordinating with operations teams, supply chain departments, and external auditors.
• Demonstrated success in streamlining accounting processes and improving efficiency.

Technical Competencies

• Expert knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, including VAT, withholding taxes, and annual income tax filing.
• Proficiency in industry-specific accounting systems (customized ERP tools) and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, data modeling).
• Ability to prepare cost analyses, inventory valuation reports, and budget vs. actual performance reviews.
• Experience in managing fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Knowledge of internal audit procedures and compliance with industry-specific.
