INFINNUM, INC. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead a team of accounting professionals, oversee financial reporting engagements, and work directly with clients in a dynamic professional services setting.

You will ensure PFRS compliance, review statements, monitor deadlines, and drive process improvements that enhance accuracy and client value.

This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, leadership, and a client-facing mindset to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of assigned accounting and financial reporting engagements.

• Review financial statements, management reports, and accounting deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

• Lead the delivery of assigned accounting and financial reporting engagements.

• Review financial statements, management reports, and accounting deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and applicable accounting requirements.

• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, productivity, and service quality.

• Identify accounting issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Drive process improvements to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and mentor accounting professionals.

• Review team members’ work and provide constructive feedback.

• Set clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.

• Monitor team performance and support continuous professional development.

• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

• Build a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Client & Engagement Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.

• Serve as a key point of contact for accounting and financial reporting matters.

• Ensure client deliverables and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Address client concerns and provide timely, practical recommendations.

• Prepare and review financial reports and management dashboards.

• Coordinate client sign-offs, completion reports, billing requirements, and other engagement activities.

Business & Performance Management

• Monitor engagement performance, productivity, and budget utilization.

• Track revenue and profitability of assigned accounts.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and client value.

• Provide management with insights on team and account performance.
