Job summary

INFINNUM, INC. seeks a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Finance team in Cebu or Manila. This full-time role focuses on forecasting, variance analysis and data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

You will develop robust financial models, oversee budgeting and reforecasts, and mentor junior staff while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and variance analysis with demonstrated ability to build robust spreadsheet models.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial reporting tools, ERP systems and business intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasting models, including annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term strategic financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and preparing detailed explanations for management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and management accounts for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyse profitability by business unit, product line, and customer segment to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
• Build and enhance financial planning tools, dashboards and reporting systems to improve visibility and accessibility of financial data.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management to ensure adequate liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with operational departments to understand business drivers, validate assumptions and ensure financial plans reflect operational realities.
• Lead ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects to support business initiatives, investments and strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and supervise junior finance team members, providing guidance and training on financial analysis and reporting best practices.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements in all financial planning and reporting activities.

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
