Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff with at least 1 year of experience to bridge transactional processing and full-cycle accounting. The role emphasizes ownership of key accounts, involvement in month-end close, and collaboration with senior team members while gradually expanding responsibilities in financial reporting and client-facing activities.

The position is a hybrid role within the Sector Accounting Group, with 2 open positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant accounting experience or more.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite or Sage Intacct is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable processing and accounts receivable processing.
• Involvement in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist client calls.
• Identify risks and document them in memos.
• Draft process documentation and supervise entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable processing

We are looking for an Accounting Staff with at least 1 year of experience to bridge transactional processing and full-cycle accounting. This role goes beyond basic execution and requires ownership of key accounts, involvement in month‑end close, and the ability to identify issues and propose solutions. You will work closely with senior team members while gradually taking on more responsibility in financial reporting and client‑facing activities.

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of month‑end journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL reconciliations
• Active participation in client calls
• Identify significant risks and analyze and document them in a technical memo
• Guide and review entry‑level staff workDraft process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
• CPA license is a plus but not required
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and month‑end processes
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication skills (written and verbal in English)
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with cloud‑based tools
