Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting processes from transactional activity to financial statements, leveraging cloud technology. The role is hybrid with an early shift and involves guiding junior staff and producing timely financial reports.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in accounting, a Finance/Accountancy degree, and preferably a CPA license or Big 4 exposure. Excellent English communication and strong analytical skills are essential.

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to be involved in all aspects of accounting, working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• With at least 3-4 years experience in the same field, Preferably with BPO companies
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• With CPA License is preferred
• Experience with the Big 4 audit firms is a plus
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications
• Can work under pressure and can easily refocus to attend to urgent tasks
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
