Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff with 1+ year of experience to bridge transactional processing and full-cycle accounting. The role involves ownership of key accounts, participation in month-end close, and collaboration with senior team members as you gradually take on more responsibility in financial reporting and client-facing activities.

You will perform AP/AR, inventory analysis, monthly payroll, and assist with month-end journals and closing adjustments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s/College degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• CPA license is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and month-end processes.
• Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal in English).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with cloud-based tools.
