Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex accounting functions, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation, and supporting budget and forecasting activities. This position offers a hybrid work setup and requires a night shift schedule following successful training.
- Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and company policies.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly financial results, identifying trends and variances.
- Handle large data sets and perform data manipulation for financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function.
- Support internal and external audits, including the preparation of required documentation.
Requirements
- College Graduate (Accounting Course non-negotiable)
- CPA (preferred, but good to endorse Non-CPA)
- At least 4 years of experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP etc.)
- Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)
