Key Functions:
- Record and validate accounting transactions such as invoices, billings, collections, and payments.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and update accounting schedules, trackers, and monitoring sheets.
- Support bank, supplier, and client reconciliations.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of Statements of Account (SOA), vouchers, and summaries.
- Ensure transactions are properly documented and filed.

- Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Monitor deadlines for submissions, payments, and collections.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing documents to supervisors.
- Assist in correcting errors in accounting records.

- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
COMMERCIAL / STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION

Key Functions:
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting requirements.
- Respond to basic inquiries from suppliers, clients, and branches.
- Follow up on missing or unclear documents.
- Provide supporting documents as requested, subject to approval.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Accounting Supervisor.
HUMAN RESOURCES

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course.
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of documentation, filing, and reconciliation processes.
