Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Quezon City is looking for an Accounting Specialist. Responsibilities include reporting service sales transactions, generating cash journals, and reconciling accounts. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field and at least 1 year of experience. Willingness to be assigned in Fairview and an ASAP start are required.

Responsibilities

• Report Service Sales Transaction and monthly aging of Service.
• Generate cash receipt journal and sales journal.
• Reconciliation of DCAR based on cash receipt journal.
• Segregate DCAR for Vehicle, parts and service.
• Checking and adjustment of entries of daily service sales.
• Post billing of service invoice and internal invoice.
• Adjustment for service fee from km check-up.
• Monitoring of creditable withholding tax (2307).
