Job summary

Role Description

The role also involves using accounting software to process transactions, generate reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant financial policies. The accounting staff will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide timely financial information, and support audits and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance, including understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and basic financial analysis.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Accounting Software and accurate recording of Journal Entries (Accounting) to manage day-to-day transactions and reporting.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and office productivity tools; familiarity with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in both office-based and remote settings.
