Qualifikationen

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged, or with experience up to 2 years in the same field.
• With at least basic knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping.
• Fully amenable to do FIELD WORK for external tasks.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join the Accounting and Finance team at RVD FOOD GROUP. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial accounting and reporting functions of our organisation. This position is essential to ensuring the integrity of our financial data and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Encoding data transactions in the ERP System.
• Checking of Daily Sales Report, verifying POS report with the manual data.
• Processing BIR compliance requirements, whenever necessary.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• FRESH GRADUATE are highly encourage, or with esperience up to 2 years in the same field.
• With at least basic knowledge in accounting/bookkeeping.
• Fully amenable to do FIELD WORK for external tasks.
