  • Prepare and enter daily journal vouchers, reconcile account balances, and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure ledger balances match bank statements.
  • Assist with tax filing prep (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes) and ensure audit-ready records.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and schedules.
  • Organize and archive financial documents, invoices, receipts, and vouchers systematically.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors or clients to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

The Accounting Staff member is responsible for day-to-day financial processing, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end closing, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process accounts payable invoices, verify receipts, prepare disbursements, manage customer billing, and track outstanding collections.
  • General Ledger: Prepare and enter daily journal vouchers, reconcile account balances, and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure ledger balances match bank statements.
  • Compliance & Tax: Assist with tax filing prep (e.g., VAT, withholding taxes), ensure accurate record-keeping for audits, and maintain compliance with local regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the senior accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting schedules.
  • Documentation & Filing: Organize and archive financial documents, invoices, receipts, and vouchers systematically.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors or clients to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a similar role (entry‑level candidates with strong internships may be considered).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or Oracle).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with local accounting standards, tax laws, and financial principles
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, integrity, and good communication skills.

Salary Range: 17,000 – 19,000
