Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a finance operations assistant to support day-to-day financial operations, maintain records, reconcile accounts, and process invoices while ensuring products reach destinations safely and on time.

The role involves coordinating with stores, preparing slips and invoices, generating sales reports, and monitoring inventory and orders across online channels.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders from clients and sales
• Prepares OS (Order Slip)
• Prepares and issues Withdrawal Slip (WS) based on Order Slip
• Prepares and issues Charge Invoices, Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipts
• Prepares daily and monthly sales report (Walk in, Online and Outlets)
• Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
• Monitoring orders / purchases online (Shopee, Tiktok, Grab, Facebook, Lazada and Lazmart)
• Plans, organizes and monitors distribution of products
• Checks and monitors daily loading of products and tally of Inventory with Storage In charge
• Directly communicates with store in-charge/outlet in-charge with regards to delivery schedule, delivery concerns and status
