Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as Business Central or Epicor.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to do field work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance client functionality and satisfaction.
• Analyze client processes and recommend solutions to meet needs.
• Provide guidance, training, and instruction on products to clients during implementations.
• Troubleshoot software issues by mapping client requirements and objectives.
