Swak BPO Corp., located in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga, seeks an Accounting Representative (Entry-Level) to support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. The role involves handling payments, invoicing, and cash application, with exposure to international teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the Accounting or Finance field.
• Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a professional Accounting or Finance position for at least 1 year.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review requested expenses and process payments through various payment methods, including checks, ACH, and credit cards
• Create payment applications and process payments timely
• Identify and make calls on customer services collection issues
• Report on aged Accounts receivable and payment collection status
• Prepare customer invoices and credit batches
• Identify past due invoices and collect from vendors' customers with a follow-up process
