Job summary

LexisNexis Philippines seeks a detail‑oriented finance professional to support royalty calculations, contract reviews and reconciliations. You will gather data from multiple sources, produce standard reports, and ensure compliance with IFRS and tax guidelines.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, communicating policy interpretations and providing insights to improve financial processes. The role offers growth and country-specific benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ work experience.
• Excellent Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with major enterprise accounting systems such as Oracle Fusion, SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Must have good English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Analysis - Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Financial Management and Control - Monitor and analyze data using established finance systems and protocols.
• Insights and Reporting - Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
• Information and Business Advice - Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures.
• Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols - Assist with the development and delivery of financial policies, guidelines, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and good financial practice.
• Operational Compliance - Develop working knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures and regulatory codes; adhere to mandatory procedures.
• Personal Capability Building - Develop and maintain process or technical skills through training and coaching.
