Job summary

Relx Plc in the Philippines is recruiting for an entry-level accounting analyst to support ledger reconciliation, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and statutory account activity. You will follow standardized procedures and apply basic accounting knowledge with guidance.

You will collect and input data, prepare simple analyses and reports, and assist with financial monitoring while developing professional skills and familiarity with enterprise processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related course required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support simple financial monitoring tasks.
• Collect data from information provided by others and input into standard formats.
• Extract data into reports (graphs, charts) for inclusion in reports.
• Develop knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain skills through assessment, development planning and training.
