Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is an advantage but not required.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting or financial operations experience.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Monitor journals, GLs, and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable and timely settlements.
• Review bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation.
