AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking an Accounting Officer to join the Head Office in Quezon City on a full-time basis. You will maintain accurate records, ensure GAAP compliance, and support financial planning for management.

The role involves processing payroll, managing AP/AR, and assisting in preparing financial statements. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in accounting, proficiency with Excel, and a CPA/CMA is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Record and process financial transactions including AP/AR and GL entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare reconciliations.
• Prepare financial documents, vouchers, and schedules.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for management review.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate employee compensation records.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
