• Lead accounting and reporting (Record to Report) domain to improve the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of regional and local reporting.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including posting transactions and journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations.
• Produce timely and reliable financial reports and related management information with variance analysis of forecast/budget.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards, taxation, and regulations to ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement to strengthen controls and internal controls environment.
