Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in retail or high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month/quarter/year-end closings.
• Prepare financial statements in line with PFRS and managerial reports.
• Maintain chart of accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements.
