This role maintains financial integrity, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides financial insights that support strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of managerial accounting experience, CPA is an advantage, and strong skills in Helix, Xero, and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Managerial accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• 5–7 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Proficient with accounting systems (Helix, Xero) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and financial transactions.
• Implement and enforce financial controls and compliance standards.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Identify financial risks and recommend proactive solutions.
• Lead and manage month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and present weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly financial reports.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support management decisions.
• Assist in budget planning, review, and finalization.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to government agencies (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulatory changes, and advise management on their impact.
• Help maintain the organization’s overall financial health and stability.
