Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in accounting, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Experience in transport/logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions including billing, AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage monthly and year-end close and prepare GAAP-compliant financial reports.
• Monitor costs, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition per contracts and standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls across units.
• Collaborate with operations to understand cost drivers and improve performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax filings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team.
