Certified Public Accountant
Pay: ₱60,000.00 - ₱90,000.00 per month
Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. The CPA will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, auditing, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to support management in financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements
- Prepare and file tax returns including BIR reports and other statutory obligations
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Monitor company cash flow and financial performance
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
- Ensure timely submission of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-related reports
- Develop and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Provide financial recommendations to management for business growth and cost efficiency
- Support annual audit preparation and compliance activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years accounting and finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate finance, auditing, or managerial accounting
- Experience handling multiple companies or business entities is an advantage
- Knowledge in ERP/accounting systems is preferred
