Connext, a U.S.-based organization, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead hands-on accounting operations and the financial close cycle. You will partner with the CFO to strengthen controls and optimize systems.

You will manage GL activities, reconciliations, and reporting while driving process improvements and automation across connected platforms. Strong English communication is essential for executive liaison.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of U.S. GAAP accounting experience in a controller/lead function.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Experience in an inventory-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate records.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations and timely close.
• Support AP/AR processes and escalate transactions as needed.
• Prepare weekly cash, AR/AP aging, and sales reports.
