Job summary

Jupiter Power seeks an Accounting Manager to own its consolidated financial statements and set global standards for reporting. The role involves reviewing complex accounting issues, coordinating with the VP, and supporting audits.

You will drive process improvements across the close and manage intercompany accounting within a multi-entity portfolio. The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 5–8 years of project-based accounting experience, and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in project-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and own Jupiter Power’s consolidated financial statements including footnotes.
• Own portfolio-wide financial statement templates and checklists.
• Identify and implement process improvements around the close.
• Oversee inter-entity mapping, intercompany transactions, and equity.
• Lead specialty accounting areas (ASC 606/842, HLBV, intangibles, inventory).
• Review agreements and draft technical accounting memos with proposed positions.
