Job summary

TigerUX in Cebu City is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

You will drive month-end closings, coordinate with external auditors, and develop robust internal controls while mentoring a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to optimize tax and financial processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 2 years as Accounting Manager and 4 years as Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including people management.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency.
• Review and enhance accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting records, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities.

• Review and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.
