Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Senior General Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, ensure compliance, and drive accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a CPA and a Bachelor’s in Accountancy with 5-7 years of managerial experience in accounting. ERP experience, preferably SAP, and strong MS Excel skills are essential for supervisory duties and treasury oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA required.
• 5-7 years of managerial accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Position: Senior General Accounting Manager

Location: Mandaue, Cebu

Work Set-up: Full Onsite

Schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax and compliance, and general accounting
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial information.
• Develop management reports including budget-to-actual comparisons, variance analysis, and financial ratio evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury oversight.
• Supervise accounting supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.
• 5-7 years of managerial experience in accounting.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and taxation.
