QQ English in Cebu City seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Cebu Accounting team and drive financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, with 3–5+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years in leadership, plus strong knowledge of BIR processes and ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of BIR compliance and tax audit management.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
