Qualifications

• CPA license is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of general accounting, including month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and regulatory compliance
• Lead the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes, providing actionable insights to executive leadership
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and investment decisions
• Develop and maintain robust financial internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors, tax consultants, and banking relationships
• Coach and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement

About you

• CPA license is mandatory
• Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CMA) is highly desirable
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in corporate finance or auditing, with at least 4 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role
