You will oversee month-end closes, prepare financial statements, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.

You will mentor the finance team, implement robust internal controls, and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and banks to support business decisions with clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• CPA license is mandatory.
• MBA or CMA highly desirable.
• 5+ years in corporate finance or auditing, with 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate financial data into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of general accounting and month-end closing.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banking relationships.
• Coach and mentor the finance team for accuracy and efficiency.
