Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a Finance & Retail Operations Analyst to monitor financial and operational performance across store networks, prepare reports, manage cash controls, and coordinate with store teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

You will track sales, margins, inventory, and expenditures, ensure compliance with procedures, and support management with data-driven insights while supervising junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in retail/store operations, finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

About the role

This role involves monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance across retail store operations. You will prepare financial reports, manage cash controls, track sales and inventory performance, ensure compliance with financial procedures, and coordinate with store teams and departments to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial and operational reports related to store operations
• Monitor sales performance, gross margin, expenses, inventory levels, and profitability
• Analyze financial trends and variances and provide actionable insights to management
• Monitor daily store sales, cash collections, deposits, payment settlements, petty cash, and expense accountability
• Ensure proper implementation of cash handling and financial control procedures
• Review and investigate cash discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions
• Monitor end-to-end retail/store operations and their financial performance
• Track sales targets, store KPIs, inventory movement, stock variances, replenishment, and merchandising activities
• Identify operational issues that may affect sales, profitability, inventory accuracy, or financial performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable accounting and control requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail/store operations, finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis
• Demonstrated experience in store/retail operations, sales performance monitoring, inventory management, cash handling and controls, financial reporting and analysis, and personnel supervision
• Strong understanding of financial controls and operational processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other business/company systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments
• CPA is highly preferred
• Preferably with supervisory or team-lead experience
