Job summary

Transnational Diversified Group is seeking an Accounting Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Calamba. You will oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting to management and stakeholders.

You will supervise journal entry posting, manage the general ledger, monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules, and coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong financial reporting expertise, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements.
• Proficiency in core accounting operations such as journal entries, general ledger management, and account reconciliations.
• Solid finance and analytical skills to interpret data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights.
• Experience managing fixed assets, including asset tracking, capitalization, and depreciation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage.
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory accounting role, preferably within diversified or multi-entity organizations.
• Competence with accounting software and ERP systems, and strong proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Description

The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Calamba.
