TDCX Philippines is hiring a Senior Finance Manager I - Financial Reporting to lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and support audits, ISO certifications, and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze financial trends, prepare statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows, and collaborate with across functions to ensure accurate reporting and strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPA and have strong accounting knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior accounting role.
• Experience leading a team is required.
• Strong background in financial statement preparation and closing.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Proficient English communication.
• Experience with major Finance ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics).

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager I - Financial Reporting will manage the periodic financial closing process and support internal and external audits, ISO certifications, and regulatory compliance. This role involves analyzing financial trends, preparing comprehensive financial statements, and collaborating across functional units to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the periodic financial closing process (month-end, quarter end, year-end)
• Support Internal and External Audits, ISO Certifications, and report all findings to Management with recommendations for improvement
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis of GL transactions, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Schedules; identify root causes and recommend improvements
• Close collaboration across functional units and team members to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
• Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
• Prepare and analyze financial statements monthly, quarterly and annually, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows
• Upload reports in Tagetik for Consolidation of Financial Reports by Group Finance on a quarterly and annual basis
• Develop and execute relevant accounting policies and procedures in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports for regulatory authorities such as BIR, PEZA, SEC, BOI, LGU
• Supervise and complete Fixed Asset Verification and Reconciliation

About you

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Must be a CPA
• At least 5 years' experience in a Managerial or similar position, handling General Accounting preferably from the similar Industry
• Experience in handling a team is required
• Strong background in financial statement preparation, and with solid experience in financial closing
• Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
• Experience in using Finance ERP such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting markets
